hootsuite-logoI’ve been working with many social media platforms over the years and have discovered and employed several tips and tricks in keeping  on-line presence relevant, informative and engaging.  This is done in many ways, but, whichever process works best for your business, the end result is ‘top of mind’ awareness, increased engagement with your audience with hopefully a healthy ROI by converting them into customers.  We use different tools to track your audience (followers) to determine exactly who your audience is.  18-24? 25-54?  Effective marketing is all about targeting your customers.  Is your current online presence doing that for you?

Although this graph doesn’t illustrate it, geographical locations can also be determined.  So if you are targeting an audience in British Columbia, you will be able to see how and whom your messages are getting to.

One of the most popular, and widely used tools for marketing is Mail Chimp.  Create a monthly news letter, send out weekly sales reports or just simply track customers and clients utilizing custom lists, templates and designs.

Mail Chimp can be set up initially for you to take over and manage,  or I can do this for you. Weekly, monthly or at whatever frequency, leaving you more time to concentrate on other things.
